Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. has announced the planned sale of Rutt Handcrafted Cabinetry, located at 215 Diller Ave, New Holland, Pennsylvania. Wellborn Cabinet will be selling Rutt Handcrafted Cabinetry (Rutt) to Birch Holdings of PA, LLC (Birch), a wholly owned subsidiary of Birch Investment Partners, LLC.
