Versatility In A Tri-Colored Kitchen
Attempting a three-toned kitchen may seem overwhelming at first, but step inside this Neapolitan design and assurance is quickly achieved. From conception of this kitchen design, the variety in cabinetry was meant to grab one’s attention. Considering the diverse finishes, door styles and wood species, this kitchen truly wrote the playbook on how to brilliantly mix design techniques while achieving an eclectic feel.
The Estate Collection by Wellborn Cabinet Inc. will be on full display in this kitchen vignette at KBIS 2017. This contemporary design combines asymmetrical features with aesthetics and clean sleek lines. The top cabinetry features the Messina full overlay door style in Hickory with a Cloud stain and Slate glaze finish, while the bottom cabinets were constructed with Davenport Square Inset Hickory doors with concealed hinges and non-beaded face frames in the new Nature Collection paint, Tensile. The island showcases the Davenport Square full overlay slab drawer front in Oak with the new Nature Collection stain, Tungsten.
To complete the arrangement, the top cabinets feature varying heights and sizes to create visual variety.
Accomplish Your Color Scheme
The Nature Collection by Wellborn Cabinet Inc. features a variety of gray stains and paints, most of which are highlighted throughout this set. The bottom cabinetry features Tensile painted finish while the island and wood backsplash were united using Tungsten stained finish. A jolt in color was added to the island to help break-up the gray tones on the lower third of the kitchen design. Here, the designer incorporated a pop of color by adding a plum colored countertop.
Knife Drawer - A shallow drawer is an ideal location for kitchen knives. This slotted wood Knife Drawer with full extension soft close slides is the perfect solution to securely holding each of your knives and helping prevent dull blades and cut fingers.
This soft close Walnut Drawer Organizer was fitted with the Wrap Holder Organizer Insert, which provides the perfect space for foil and wrap. The drawer was also outfitted with the Container Organizer Insert, which perfectly holds and organizes the glass jar containers.
Base Canister Organizer Pullout Cabinet. This wooden pullout cabinet with full extension soft close slides will make “wasted space” a thing of the past! This cabinet holds 3 small, 1 medium and 3 large containers. The quart containers are included with this canister organizer when ordered from Wellborn Cabinet Inc.
One of the greatest benefits of using drawers for pots and pans is the ability to store each pot with its corresponding lid. This vignette features two versions of drawer storage options.
First, the Deep Divider Kit provides sectioned, adjustable options depending upon size of pots and pans.
Second, the Deep Drawer Pegged Dish Organizer includes an adjustable wood board peg system.
You Draw It
Many features in this kitchen were made possible by the You Draw It program, which is available in Wellborn’s Estate Collection, Premier Series and Aspire Full Access Frameless line.
The cabinetry on the left of the kitchen was designed by combining a wall cabinet with a bench seat drawer base at the bottom. Other custom features include the U-Shaped sink base, which features the decorative element below.
Lastly, the You Draw It hood design includes the Tungsten finish. Interestingly enough, the hood is the same color as the wall. Here, the design concept was to allow the hood to fade into the background to ensure it was not the main focus of this stunning kitchen.
Even tiny kitchens can have serious style! Don’t believe it, check out this kitchen by Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. and see for yourself! This beautiful kitchen will be on display at KBIS 2017.
This stylish design features light-up drawers, divider kits and the addition of the small breakfast table. This table was designed using Wellborn’s, You Draw It program. Other features in this set include a microwave cabinet and warming drawer unit with a stainless front.
About The Design
This contemporary kitchen was created with cabinetry from Wellborn’s Select Series product line. Featuring the new Urban door style in Oak veneered wood with a Blush Charcoal finish, this style is fashionable with a touch of casual elegance. Emphasis was placed on this kitchens lines using a balance of colors and textures. Take note of the multilayering of cabinetry and how it provides a unique waterfall appearance.
Certainly, the most distinct feature would be the 54” Urban Oak, flip-in-design, cabinet stacked horizontally. Here, the cabinet box was flipped on its side, wired with lighting and a suspended glass shelving system and voila! This floating shelf is the perfect way to showcase any collection and is sure to set the stage for the beautifully displayed tableware.
Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. is bringing yet another stunning bathroom to KBIS 2017. As part of Wellborn’s Elegant Bath Collection, this bathroom combines a unique twist of old world Charleston and Hollywood Glam; making the aesthetic design of this bathroom guaranteed to leave you in awe.
About the Design
This elegant bathroom design was achieved by using unique textures and colors combined with different door styles and decorative elements. The wall mounted cabinetry includes inset Richmond doors painted using the Spring Meadow paint color from Benjamin Moore (BM486), available in Wellborns’ ColorInspire program. The traditional style door was uniquely paired with Wellborn’s Charleston Pillars. The cabinetry was recessed into the wall using columns to overlap and create a unique detail with the crown molding at the top and bottom. The vanity has a very decorative design of gold and silver mixed. The paint behind the vanity is an interesting faux finish technique mixing metallic and gold, which perfectly complements the Melrose doors paired with the EcoDomo leather insert. Lastly, the matching mirrors are wrapped in a Madison frame, complimenting the vanity down below. With the right balance of textures and colors, this bathroom achieves the elegant and eclectic design to fit any home.
