The gorgeous Coastal Living Idea House for this year is being built in Newport, Rhode Island. A. Tesa Architecture designed the 2017 Coastal Living Idea House, Horan Building Company built it, Infinity Design Group landscaped it, and acclaimed designer Mark D. Sikes designed the interiors.
The 5,100-square-foot home contains five bedrooms, a pool, a gaming area, and a movie room with views of the bay.
