Ashland, AL, – Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. has been manufacturing quality kitchen and bath cabinetry in Ashland, Alabama since 1961. It all began in a small cabinet shop to build cabinets for the local markets. Since that time, Wellborn has become a state of the art manufacturing facility of over 1.8 million square feet that combines some of the most advanced technology systems in the industry with over 55 years of acquired knowledge and experience in high quality cabinetry craftsmanship.
This year, Wellborn Cabinet was recognized for the superior cabinet product design and quality at the annual ADEX awards. ADEX stands for Awards for Design Excellence and is the largest and most prestigious awards program for product & project design in the A&D industry.
An anonymous panel of professionals representing a cross section of the design industry conducts all voting for the ADEX Awards. This year, Wellborn Cabinet received the Platinum Award for the new Full Access Frameless line, Aspire Cabinetry and the Silver Award for the recent launch of the new Nature Collection – a line of gray stains and paints.
