Ashland, AL: Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. is excited to announce the three new door styles in Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF): Hancock, Bishop and Trestle. Hancock will be available in the Select Series and Wellborn Closets. Bishop and Trestle are available in Select Series, Premier Series, Wellborn Closets, Estate Collection and Elegant Bath Collection. These three door styles are a 5-piece Full Overlay Medium Density Fiberboard with a standard Slab Drawer Front, as well as, Classic Drawer Front Option. The paint and paints with glazes availability will follow current Medium Density Fiberboard finishes for each series or brand. The advantage of using MDF is the ability to paint the MDF to produce a smooth, quality surface on the cabinetry. Paint has grown to be 40% demand in the kitchen and bath selection. These new door styles are available as of October 5, 2015.
