3/4" x 3 1/2" Laminated solid hardwood or plywood hanging rail
Base Cabinet Backs

3/16" Wood grain laminated plywood back. Cabinet backs are glued and stapled into end panels, top and bottom hanging rail.
Base Cabinet End Panels

3/4" Flush plywood end panels with finished exterior and laminated interior. End panels are resistant to house hold chemicals and are machined to accept tops, bottoms and shelves.
Base Cabinet Face Frames

3/4" Thick Kiln-dried solid wood face frames. Width of frame varies based on individual suite characteristics. All face frame joints are precisely aligned with blind mortise and tenon, glued and stapled at all joints.
Drawers

5/8" Solid hardwood drawer in a natural finish with a laminated plywood drawer bottom, dovetail construction and full extension drawer slides featuring soft close. The soft close feature allows for a smooth quiet drawer that prevents rebounding and keeps items from shifting. The drawer slides have a dynamic load capacity of 90 lbs.
Hinges

Concealed Hinge (CH) 6-way adjustable, satin nickel finished concealed hinge design with smooth close feature.
Tops & Bottoms

1/2" Wood grain laminated plywood veneer tops (corner only) and bottoms. A dado joint, glue and staples are used to attach the top.

3/4" Plywood hanging rail dadoed to receive cabinet floor

Adjustable Shelves

3/4" laminated plywood shelves with wood grain edge banding. The shelves are Resistant to water and house hold chemicals. The cabinet sides are drilled for dual locking WellLock Shelf Clips which are adjustable at 64mm increments.
