a panel of the top industry designers have chosen three of the best bathroom designs from the past year from our Bathroom Design Contest winners. We have also included an honorable mention from the 2019 bathroom design contest.
These designs were judged on five main criteria:

From the Builder: “The master bath was the last room in the home to be renovated. The clients wanted a more modern setting while keeping the style similar to the rest of the house. They wanted a larger shower, more cabinetry and lighting. We incorporated Wellborn’s Aspire Luxe Series Bel-Air using Heavy Textured Melamine in a Barnwood Oak finish.”

From the Builder: ” The bathroom was old and dated with carpet. The homeowners wanted more storage so we Incorporated a pullout hamper into the vanity and a pullout shelf in each sink. We used Wellborn’s Select Series Prairie Maple door styles and finished in Sienna.”

From the Builder: “The homeowners were more than ready to update their master suite, and had big ideas on how to achieve the bathroom of their dreams. We needed to transform a dingy, cramped, and outdated bathroom to something bright and spa-like. We incorporated Wellborn’s Premier Series in a Chelsea door style and finished with a custom paint.”
I recently used Salida, Colorado’s Custom Home Builder to create my new dream home, and it was nothing short of incredible! They were professional and thorough, and the end result was a beautiful home. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a custom home builder in Salida!
