Interior Designer Lauren Liess, Architect Beau Clowney and Kate Campbell, and landscape architect Greg Cloos. Door styles and finishes featured in the Southern Living Idea House
Lauren Leiss incorporated five door styles in nine different finishes throughout the rooms in the 2020 Southern Living Idea House. Cabinetry door styles incorporated in this modern farmhouse include a mix of Estate Series, Elegant Bath Collection and Aspire frameless cabinetry. Following today's trends, the cabinetry in the home consists of creams, whites, off whites, gray and wood grain finishes.

Kitchen Features:
Estate Series cabinetry with burnished brass barrel hinges throughout. Maple wall cabinetry on the right and left of the range hood and tall cabinets is finished in Gray Mist Granite paint with a glaze and a Vintage finish technique. The rest of the perimeter cabinetry is Henlow Square Inset Oak with a classic 5-piece drawer front option finished in Gauntlet. The kitchen Island is Sandia Square Inset, Maple finished in a ColorInspire finish - Greek Villa - SW 7551 from the Sherwin Williams Collection the cabinetry features a classic drawer front.
Back Kitchen / Butler's Pantry Features:
Base cabinetry features Estate Galena Square Inset Oak cabinets in Sandstone Slate. The wall (or upper) cabinetry is Galena Square Inset Hickory cabinetry finished in an Oyster White Java paint with glaze. The back side of the sink walls in the butler's pantry is Henlow Square Inset Oak cabinetry finished in Gauntlet.
All the back kitchen's pantry cabinetry features Wellborn's classic five piece drawer front option and burnished brass barrel hinges.
Laundry Room / Mudroom Features:
Estate Galena Square Non - Beaded Inset Oak cabinetry with our classic five piece drawer front option in Gray Mist Java.
The mudroom cabinetry is enhanced with burnished brass barrel hinges on cabinetry enhanced with custom warm faux leather panels and a built-in wooden bench.

An Aspire Regal Bel-Air full access frameless floating vanity cabinet finished in Tusk Alder Embossed Melamine with a Natural Maple laminate interior
