HGTV Dream Home 2012

This will be Wellborn’s fifth year in conglomeration with HGTV on the Dream Homes.  Wellborn has sponsored the HGTV Dream Home for the past four consecutive years providing cabinetry and products in almost every room of each home. Wellborn provided each home with lasting, quality products in which Wellborn is renowned for. 

This year’s Dream Home is located at River Meadows Ranch near Park City, Utah along the banks of the Provo River, making this the first home located riverside. The local area is greatly celebrated for its four seasons of recreation and fun. This almost 4,000 square foot home will contain four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a game room, an outdoor living room, a master suite located upstairs, a laundry room with lockers to accommodate all four seasons of recreation, and the renowned kitchen. The kitchen will be gourmet chef designed that will house all sizes of gatherings.

Wellborn designer, Karen Stanley, will be working alongside designer, Linda Woodrum, and house planner, Jack Thomasson, to provide the home with the latest cabinetry and products from Wellborn’s own lines.
